柴油机排气颗粒物荷电特性

摘要 在应用静电技术测量柴油机排气颗粒物粒浓度研究中,围绕颗粒物荷电特性,进行刃-板式电极空间电晕放电实验研究。测量电晕放电伏安特性曲线,推导放电电场中空间电荷分布及柴油机颗粒物扩散荷电与场致荷电特性。结果表明:刃-板电极放电空间电荷数量与电压关系曲线和伏安特性曲线具有相同的趋势,空间电荷数量量级为10^(11),空间电荷密度与空间任意位置距原点的距离成指数递减关系;在柴油机排气温度下,粒径为20~100 nm的颗粒物单极性扩散荷电主要处于过渡介质区域;在刃-板电极放电中,粒径小于200 nm的颗粒物,主要以扩散荷电为主。 Given the charging difficulty caused by undersized particulate in the measurement of particle concentration of diesel exhaust with electrostatic technique,the paper designs a corona discharge experiment with blade-plate electrode space to obtain V-A characteristic curve,and theoretically deduces charge distribution of discharge electric field,and characteristics of diffusion charging and field charging of exhaust particulate,thus leading to the following conclusions:such as the same tendency of space charge number and voltage as V-A characteristic curve,a 1011 magnitude of space charge,an exponential decrease in space charge density versus the distance from the origin point to any position in the space,a transition medium region diffused largely by unipolar diffusion charge of particle 20 nm-100 nm in size,diffusion charging-oriented of particles less than 200 nm and field charging-oriented of particles larger than 200 nm,and a small charge of100 nm-200 nm particles in coupling of diffusion charging with field charging.
