摘要 航天航空等领域存在对大型复杂金属结构件短周期、高性能直接制造与柔性化修复的迫切需求,而激光熔覆成形技术是满足这一需求的有效途径。基于S7-1500控制器,进行了大型构件柔性化激光熔覆成形装备控制系统的设计。该系统利用PROFINET通信方式实现对大功率激光器、机器人等关键部件工艺参数的监测与调节;选用TIA博途编程软件实现硬件组态和人机交互界面等软件设计;同时采用多种传感器和闭环调节方式对工作环境进行控制,从而保证零件的成形质量。基于以上研究,设计出了能够满足大型复杂金属构件激光熔覆成形装备要求的中央控制系统。 In the field of aerospace,manufacturing and flexible repair of large complex metal parts with short cycle and highperformance are urgently needed,the laser cladding forming technology is an effective way to meet this demand. Based on Siemens S7-1500 controller,a control system of large and flexiblelaser cladding forming equipment was designed. The process parameters of high-power lasers,robotics and other key componentsweremonitorted and adjusted through PROFINET.The programming of hardware configuration and interactive interfacewere relized via TIA Portal software.To ensure the quality of forming parts,a variety of sensors and closed-loop control mode were used to control the working environment at the same time.Based on these studies,the central control system which can meet the requirements of laser cladding forming equipment were designed.
