摘要
采用端羟基聚二甲基硅氧烷、纳米碳酸钙、交联剂、硅烷助剂及催化剂等原料制备了单组分耐候型室温硫化硅橡胶,研究了交联剂用量、催化剂、纳米碳酸钙以及硅烷助剂对密封胶性能的影响。结果表明,交联剂用量为4.5份时,密封胶具有良好的力学性能和外观;使用合适的纳米碳酸钙和硅烷助剂,密封胶具有优异的耐气候老化性能。
A one-component room temperature vulcanizable silicone sealant was prepared with hydroxy terminated polydimethylsiloxane, nano calcium carbonate, cross-linker, adhesion promoter and catalyst as the raw materials. The effects of cross-linker, catalyst, nano calcium carbonate and adhesion promoter were investigated. The results showed that silicone sealant presents a good mechanical property and appearance when the cross-linker was 4.5phr; when used suitable nano calcium carbonate and adhesion promoter, the sealant was not yellowing for a long period.
