摘要
使用自制的渗铜剂在奥氏体不锈钢 0Cr18Ni9表面获得≥ 5 0 μm深度的抗菌层。研究了渗铜工艺对渗层的影响 ,获得了最佳热处理工艺为 90 0℃× 8h缓慢冷却。研究表明获得的渗层具有良好的抗菌性能。
The anti microbial layer which is thicker than 50μm was obtained on the surface of 0Cr18Ni9 austenitic stainless steel by copperizing with self made agent.The effect of copperizing process on the layer was investigated.And an optimum copperizing process was gained when the samples are treated at 900℃ for 8h with the No.2 agent and slow cooled.The result shows that the copperized layer has a good anti microbial property.
