摘要
通过宏观检查、化学分析、金相检验等方法对中置锅炉Cr -Ni系奥氏体不锈钢换热管的破裂事故原因进行了分析 ,确定应力腐蚀是中置锅炉换热管发生破裂的原因。
The cracked accident of Cr-Ni austenitic stainless steel of heat exchange tube in middle boiler of Synthetic Ammonia had been analyzed by means of macroscopical inspection, chemical examination and metallographic observation.The cracking character and condition & factor of the stress corrosion had been analyzed in detail. Finally,The reason was verified that stress corrosion cause the heat exchange tube for crack. In addition, some effective preventive means are mentioned in the end.
