摘要
本文通过大量的试验,系统研究了磨削工艺参数对聚晶金刚石(PCD)磨除率Q、磨削比G的影响。试验结果表明,以Q及G为目标,切入深度ap、刀架系统的静刚度F(?)、砂轮磨削速度v(?)均存在合理范围,在此范围内,磨除率Q、磨削比G均较高。同时还可知,切入深度ap对PCD材料磨除率Q影响最大,而其他两参数影响较小且二者水平相当;刀架系统的静刚度Fa及砂轮磨削速度v(?)对PCD材料的磨削比G影响较大且二者水平相当,而切入深度ab影响次之。
Through a large amount of experiments, this paper studied the influence of grinding parameters on the material removal rate Q and the grinding ratio G of polycrystalline diamond (PCD) . Tlie results showed that taking Q and G as target, there was a reasonable range of selection for the cutting depth a,,, the static stiffness of the tool-holding system F. and the linear velocity of grinding wheel V,, and in this range, Q and G could get a higher value. Experimental data implied a fact that a,, affected Q to a greater extent compared with F. and V,, V. and F. were equal. It also implied that F. and V, had a greater effect on G compared with a,,, F. was equal to V..
