摘要
对辛二腈的合成进行了研究,采用1,6-二氯己烷和氰化钠水溶液在催化剂作用下直接反应的方法,通过对反应温度及投料比的研究,提高了产品转化率,最高可达94.61%。该合成方法操作简便,得到的产品稳定,而且有利于实现辛二腈的大规模工业化生产。
The synthesis of suberonitrile was studied.Suberonitrile was synthesized by reaction of 1,6-dichlorohexane with aqueous sodium cyanide in presence of catalyst.The yield of the product was improved,and the reaction temperature and feeding ratio in the experiments were optimized.This method was easy to operae,and the products was stable.This technology was beneficial to large-scale industry.
