摘要
通过对电子束固化直接真空镀铝纸张涂布工艺流程的分析,总结得到电子束固化纸张涂布技术的安全环保性能研究的基本控制要点。以不同电压和车速情况下的电子束固化生产设备的辐射泄漏情况、从业者年个人剂量监控、生产环境中的臭氧浓度、噪音以及生产过程各个环节的有机挥发物指标等测试数据为基础,综合分析评价了电子束固化纸张涂布工艺技术的安全环保性能。结果表明,电子束固化纸张涂布技术的整个生产工艺过程安全环保,不会对从业者和环境带来危害,符合开发绿色环保材料的发展趋势。
By analysing the electron beam curing vacuum aluminum paper coating processs,the basic control points of the safety environmental performance of electron beam curing paper coating technology had been summarized;to the electron beam curing equipment leakage radiation level under the condition of different voltage and speed,individual dose monitor data,production environment in the ozone concentration,noise and volatile organic compounds indicators test data in each production links as the basis,the safety environmental performance of electron beam curing paper coating technology had been conducted a comprehensive analysis and evaluation.The results showed that the coating technology in the whole production process of electron beam curing was safe and environmental protection,no harm to practitioner,in conformity with the development trend of green environmental protection material research.
