摘要
经济管理专业大学生在学习完经济法等课程后仍然缺乏法律思维是一个普遍现象。要培养经管类大学生的法律思维,案例教学是一种非常有效的手段,案例教学能极大地提高学生的学习积极性和对知识的理解力,提升教学效果。案例教学是法学教育中一种重要的教学方式,案例的正确运用能达到事半功倍的效果。教学中需要对案例按照一定的标准和要求严格挑选案件;教学时要使案例教学与理论学习融为一体,多种形式使用案例,使案例使用效果达到最大化,逐渐培养起经管类大学生的法律思维和运用法律的能力。
It is a common phenomenon that university students majoring in economic and management still lack legal thinking after studying economic law and other law courses.Case teaching is a very effective means to train the legal thinking for students,and case teaching can greatly improve students ’ enthusiasm for learn and understand law knowledge,and it also can improve teaching effect.Case teaching is an important teaching method in law education,the correct application of cases can achieve the good effect.Teacher should according to certain standards and requirements to select cases.In class,teacher should take good care of case teaching and theoretical learning,so that enable case use to achieve optimal results,Gradually cultivate the legal thinking and the ability to use the law for the students.
