介绍了一种汽车用鼓式摩擦片全自动智能化生产线,该生产线能够实现从自动上料、螺旋送料到后续机械加工、喷码包装的完整生产过程,设计理念先进,整线节能高效,为鼓式摩擦片工业生产提供了整线解决方案,对行业技术变革具有一定的借鉴意义。
A fully automatic intelligent production line for brake drums for automobiles is introduced. The production line can realize a complete production process from automatic feeding,screw feeding,to subsequent machining,and inkjet printing.The design concept is advanced and the entire line is energy-efficient. Drum brake pad industrial production provides the whole line solution,which has certain reference significance for the technical change in the industry.
