摘要
拔尖创新人才的培养需要一流师资队伍进行保障,同时一流师资队伍也是一流大学的重要标志。以哈工大机电工程学院为研究对象,分析其师资队伍数量和结构,主要从学术和精神传承、教育教学水平提升、发展规划和制度建设等角度进行探讨,研究其一流师资队伍建设和发展,从而保障一流本科教育的达成。
The cultivation of top-notch innovative talents requires first-class faculty to safeguard,and the first-class faculty is also an important symbol of first-class universities. Taking School of Mechatronics Engineering of Harbin Institute of Technology as the research object and analyzing the number and structure of its teaching staff,it mainly probes from academic and spiritual inheritance,education and teaching level improvement,system construction and development planning. First-class teacher team construction and development is studied,which guarantee the achievement of first-rate undergraduate education.
