摘要
为使产品设计方案更好地满足目标用户的需求偏好,较全面地关注用户需求差异,提出一种面向用户集群的产品设计方法。首先,辨识约束需求的用户特征属性,运用K-Modes聚类算法对目标用户群体进行基于特征属性细分,完成集群的分类构建;其次,利用造型分析法对目标产品进行解构,获取用户集群设计要素偏好,对设计要素进行方案重构,获得集群设计方案;最终,引入新用户对集群设计方案进行评价分析。以眼镜设计为例,验证了该方法的可行性和有效性。
In order to make the product design scheme satisfy the requirement preferences of target users,and all-round focus on the user requirement differences,a user focused product design method was proposed.Firstly,the user attribute characteristics were recognized for constraints on demand.K-Modes Clustering algorithm was used on the target user group to perform attribute subdivision.The classification construction of user cluster was completed.Secondly,the target product was deconstructed using modeling analysis method to obtain user cluster preferences.The scheme reconstruction was performed on the design factors to obtain the cluster design scheme.Finally,new users were introduced to evaluate the cluster design scheme.The design of glass was taken as an example to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of this method.
