基于盘式电机直线振动筛设计及动态特性研究 被引量:3

Research on the design and dynamic characteristics of the linear vibrating screen based on the disc motor

摘要 为了克服直线振动筛能耗高、效率低的问题,提出一种盘式电机直线振动筛,该振动筛选用盘式电机和激振轴组成激振器,在一定条件下两个惯性激振器实现等速同步运转。为预测盘式电机直线振动筛动态响应与承载能力,基于RecurDyn动力学软件建立动力学仿真模型,运用有限元柔性体技术(MFBD)对关键部件柔性化形成振动筛刚柔耦合模型,通过动力学仿真分析振动筛振幅、加速度、运动轨迹、筛箱模态振型及动态应力分布。研究结果表明:在激振力作用下稳态振幅、加速度、运动轨迹等动态性能指标满足设计要求。模态分析计算筛箱固有频率及振型,确定模型的振动形式,动应力响应反映筛箱侧板电机安装位置为易疲劳区域,其Mises应力高于附近区域,分析结果为盘式电机直线振动筛的设计提供了理论依据。 In order to overcome such problems as high energy consumption and low efficiency of the linear vibrating screen,a disc-motor linear vibrating screen is proposed;the vibration exciter is composed of a disk motor and an exicitation axis.Under certain conditions,two inertial vibration exciters are operated synchronously at a constant speed.In order to predict the dynamic response and carrying capacity of the disc-motor linear vibrating screen,a dynamic simulation model is worked out based on the RecurDyn dynamic software.The multi flexible body dynamics(MFBD)is adopted to set up a rigid-flexible coupling model for the key components.The amplitude,acceleration,trajectory,vibration mode and dynamic stress distribution of the vibrating screen are analyzed by means of dynamic simulation.The results show that the dynamic performance indexes such as steady amplitude,acceleration and motion trajectory meet the design requirements under the action of exciting force.Based on the modal analysis,the natural frequency and vibration mode of the sieve box as well as the vibration form of the model are identified;the dynamic stress response shows that the position where the sieve box’s side-plate motor is installed is the fatigue zone,and its Mises stress is higher than that of the nearby area.The results provide theoretical basis for the design of the discmotor linear vibrating screen.
