摘要
对某矿用车动力总成悬置进行刚体模态和解耦分析。由于该总成悬置的解耦率较低可能引起NVH等问题,通过ADAMS/Insight模块对悬置的位置和刚度进行灵敏度分析,以寻求最优方案。结果表明:新的优化方案通过调整悬置的刚度和位置,有效地提高了解耦率,满足设计需求。
We perform rigid body modality and decoupling analysis on a mining vehicle powertrain suspension.Due to the low decoupling rate may be caused NVH problem.The sensitivity of the suspension position and stiffness is analyzed by the ADAMS/Insight module to find excellent program.The results show that the new optimization scheme can effectively improve the decoupling rate and meet the design requirements by adjusting the stiffness and position of the suspension.
