摘要
大力发展智能传感与控制装备是落实中国制造2025的重大举措,也是目前亟待攻克的五类关键技术装备之一。传统机械设备特别是机电一体化设备都面临智能化升级改造的需求。文中以百利二通阀门公司QT型电动阀门执行装置为对象,详细说明了智能化的改造方法、数据采集与设备监控的实现方式,并给出了移动终端的操作示例。实际测试结果表明,该方案数据采集稳定,数据上传和远程控制工作可靠,达到设计要求。
Vigorously developing intelligent sensing and control equipment is a major measure to implement 2025 manufacturing in China,and it is also one of the five key technical equipment that needs to be tackled at present.Traditional machinery and equipment,especially mechatronics equipment,are facing the need of intelligent upgrading and transformation.Taking the QT electric valve actuator of BENEFO Er-Tong Valve Company as the object,this paper explains in detail the intelligent transformation method,the realization way of data acquisition and equipment monitoring,and gives an example of the operation of the mobile terminal.The actual test results show that the data acquisition circuit is stable,data uploading and remote control is reliable,and meets the original design requirements.
