摘要
目的了解嘉定区医院儿科门诊候诊室的卫生现状和特征。方法按《公共场所卫生标准检验方法》(GB/T18204-2013)的要求开展监测,监测指标包括《医院候诊室卫生标准》(GB9671-1996)规定的9项指标以及细颗粒物(PM2.5)、空气中真菌数、金黄色葡萄球菌、绿脓杆菌、肺炎链球菌、大肠杆菌和β-溶血性链球菌共16项指标。结果所有监测点的可吸入颗粒物(PM10)及噪声均高于GB9671-1996的标准限值,最高监测值分别为0.465mg/m3及74.2d B(A),分别为标准限值的3.10倍及1.35倍;温度合格率为16.67%,最低监测值为12.1℃,为最低标准限值的67.23%;二氧化碳合格率为83.33%,风速、一氧化碳、甲醛、空气细菌数及照度的合格率均为100%。PM2.5监测值范围为0.166mg/m3~0.364mg/m3,同一监测点的PM2.5与PM10的比值范围为78.28%~94.32%;空气中真菌数的监测值范围为3cfu/皿~13cfu/皿,空气中的金黄色葡萄球菌、绿脓杆菌、肺炎链球菌、大肠杆菌及β-溶血性链球菌等致病微生物均未检出。结论嘉定区医院儿科门诊候诊室卫生状况总体较好,主要存在的卫生问题为PM10、PM2.5、噪声及温度。
Objective To investigate the hygienic status and characteristics of pediatric clinic waiting rooms in Jiading district hospitals in Shanghai. Methods Surveillance was performed according to examination methods for public places(GB/T18204-2013). Totally 16 indicators include the nine indicators listed in the Hygienic Standards for hospital waiting room(GB9671-1996), fine particulate matter(PM2.5), the number of fungi in the air, staphylococcus aureus, pseudomonas aeruginosa, streptococcus pneumonia, E. coli and beta hemolytic streptococcus. Results Particulate matter(PM10) and noise on all surveillance sites exceeded the standard limits with the peaks of 0.465mg/m3 and 74.2d B(A), which were 3.10 times and 1.35 times of the standard limits respectively; the qualified rate of room temperature was 16.67% with the lowest figure of 12.1℃,accounting for only 67.23% of the lower standard limit; The qualified rate of carbon dioxide was 83.33%. However, all of the qualified rates of wind speed, carbon monoxide, formaldehyde, air bacterial count and intensity of illumination were100%. The range of PM2.5 was from 0.166 mg/m3 to 0.364 mg/m3, and the ratio of PM2.5 to PM10 on the same surveillance site ranged from 78.28% to 94.32%; the number of fungi in the air ranged from 3 cfu/dish to 13 cfu/dish, but no staphylococcus aureus, pseudomonas aeruginosa,streptococcus pneumonia, E. coli or beta hemolytic streptococcus was detected. Conclusion The hygienic status of pediatric clinic waiting rooms in Jiading District hospitals was generally good, and the main hygienic indicators deserved more attention were PM10, PM2.5, noise and temperature.
