摘要
大型变压器铁心多采用磁化特性很硬的冷轧钢硅钢片,测试绕组直流电阻时将会在铁心中产生不同程度的剩磁。本研究分析了不同接线方式对铁心剩磁的影响,对比不同接线方式下铁心中的磁通变化情况,并以某500 kV变压器为例进行试验验证。结果表明:选择恰当的激励方向可以合理利用铁心中的剩磁对其他绕组进行助磁,从而缩短测试时间。
Because the transformer core is often made of cold-rolled steel silicon steel sheet with hard magnetization characteristic,different degrees of remanence would generate in the core when detecting the DC resistivity of winding.In this paper,the effect of different wiring methods on the remanence in transformer core was analyzed,and the variation of magnetic flow under different wiring methods was compared and verified by a 500 kV transformer.The results show that the remanence in the core can be reasonably used to assist magnetic of other winding when selecting the appropriate magnetization direction,and the test time is shortened.
