摘要
传统的空调外机在做配管计算时不考虑压缩机激励力的特点,这导致不能准确预测配管的振动以及钣金的振动,也不能准确预测外机低频噪声的大小。本文提出将压缩机的激励源作为激励,用有限元软件仿真压缩机和管路组成的系统,能够预测其振动和在噪声,使得配管的效率大大提高。同时给出了钣金噪声和空调内机噪声和压缩机激励的关系的例子。
This paper first gives she stimulation forces which is important to air conditioner noise and vibration, then the paper gives the way of simulation and optimization in which the stimulation forces are used as load and result of simulation and optimization, finally the paper gives the how the gas pulsation affect the noise of indoor unit of the air conditioner.
