构建"四段融合、海陆互通"人才培养体系不仅是贯彻执行国家教育方针、满足国际邮轮旅游业及酒店服务业发展的需求,也有利于实现学生、学校、酒店、邮轮的四方共赢。"四段融合、海陆互通"人才培养体系包括目标体系、定位体系和支撑体系三大系统。
Constructing the talent training system of'four-section integration and land-sea interworking'is not only to implement the national education policy and meet the needs of the development of liner tourism and hotel service industry,but also to realize the win-win of students,schools,hotels and liners.The talent training system of'four-section integration and land-sea interworking'includes such three systems as target system,positioning system and support system.
