摘要
警务化管理是公安院校区别于普通院校进行管理的一种方式,在公安院校的进程中起到了重要作用,但其发展至今也存在着重管理、轻教育,重共性、轻个性以及部分学生管理干部素质不高等问题。文章首先论述了警务化管理的必要性,并针对其存在的一些问题提出了统一警务化管理的指导思想、处理好警务化管理中共性与学生个性发展的关系和切实增强学生管理干部队伍建设等对策建议,以期对公安院校警务化管理有所裨益。
Policing management is a way of managing institutions different from the ordinary institutions,which plays an important role in the process in the police college, but its development has focused on the management there, light education, heavy commonness, light personality and the quality of some students administered header is not high. The article first discusses the necessity of police management, and put forward the guiding ideology for the unified police management issues, dealing with the relationship between the police of the Communist Party of management and personality development of students and effectively enhancing student administer team building and other suggestions in order to benefit public security management schools.
