培美曲塞联合顺铂治疗非小细胞肺癌临床观察被引量：3

摘要目的观察培美曲塞联合顺铂作用于非小细胞肺癌的临床疗效。方法选择2014年4月到2015年6月期间在我院进行治疗的72例非小细胞肺癌患者为研究对象,将其随机分为观察组和对照组,各36例,对照组予以多西他赛联合顺铂化疗,观察组予以培美曲塞联合顺铂化疗,对比2组临床治疗效果。结果化疗6个疗程后,观察组总有效率75.0%,优于对照组41.7%,对比2组临床疗效,差异具有高度统计学意义(χ~2=15.34,P<0.01)。结论对非小细胞肺癌患者施以培美曲塞联合顺铂治疗的效果显著,值得临床推广应用。
