摘要
本文通过对地域性相关理论和实践的考察,概要论述地域性是个边缘概念,有跨文化交流才有地域性问题;地域性是个时效概念,作为认识论的地域性会始终存在,但作为方法论的地域性却有时效;地域性是个局部的概念,不负责解释和解决全部问题;地域性还是过程概念,从来不是终点,是手段而非目的。由此提出了超越性地域主义观点,亦即:肯定地域性的认知价值,超越地域性的方法局限。
By exploring into theories and practices of regionality,this article believes that regionality is a concept of periphery as regional issues are brought about by intercultural communication,that regionality is a concept of time because regionalism as epistemology stays while regionalism as methodology is timed,that regionality is a concept of locality and is not responsible to solve all problems,that regionality is also a concept of process as it is neither an end nor a purpose but a tool.Therefore this article puts forward a view of Sur-Regionalism which affirms the cognitive value and overcomes the method limitation of regionalism.
