韧性理念下的高密度城区河流护岸带生态改造研究——以上海市“一江一河”岸线为例 被引量:8

摘要 结合国际重要城市滨水区河岸带改造案例分析,提出韧性护岸概念,指出护岸带生态改造是城市韧性的重要内容,其内涵是平衡护岸防洪排涝功能与生物栖息地等生态功能,使护岸具有气候适应性和恢复能力。本文以上海市"一江一河"岸线的生态改造规划为案例,提出了保护、修复、补偿的分级管控方法;根据不同区段的护岸现状与周边腹地的发展前景,提出了"生态岸线占比"和"生态化改造岸线占比"的分区管控指标要求,以及多类护岸改造技术及其适用性,研究成果可为上海市和我国其他城市的滨水区生态修复提供借鉴。 The concept of resilience riverbank is proposed, combined with the case analysis of the reconstruction of international important urban waterfront, to point out the ecological restoration of river bank revetment is key element of urban resilience., and its connotation is to balance the flood control and habitat for aquatic organisms, so as to enhance the adaptation and restoration. Taking Bank Revetment of Huangpu River and Suzhou Creek in Shanghai as a case, this paper proposes a hierarchical control method including protection, restoration and compensation. According to the current status of riverbank and urban renewal opportunities in the surrounding areas, the required indicators of different zones including 'ecological bank revetment ratio' and 'ecological restoration ratio of bank revetment', as well as the multi-type restoration technologies and their suitability are put forward. The research results can provide reference for the ecological restoration of waterfront in Shanghai and other cities in China.
