摘要
为了实现某气候环境实验室新风系统的多工况运行,提出一种超大空间新风系统多参数控制方法。首先,通过分析气候环境实验室对新风的功能需求和新风系统的工艺流程,明确了新风系统的被控参数及指标要求;然后,针对不同参数的控制要求分析了各参数的控制方法;最后,设计了新风系统的控制系统,并设置了运行保护功能。该控制方法能实现气候环境实验室在不同工况下对新风的需求,提高了新风系统运行的可靠性,在超大空间新风系统过程控制中有一定的应用价值。
In order to achieve the multi-condition operation of fresh air system(FAS) in one climatic environmental test facility(CETF), this paper puts forward a multi-parameter control method of the large space FAS. Firstly, according to the analysis of the function requirement of fresh air and the process flow of FAS in the CETF, control parameters and requirements are gained. Then, the control method is proposed for different parameters by their control requirement. Finally, the control system is designed as well as the protection function. The control method can ensure the requirement of fresh air for CETF in different operation conditions and increase the reliability of FAS, it can be implied to the process control of the large space FAS.
