摘要
保障性住房以其经济性和适用性的特性受益于我国中低收入人群,如何正确有效的建设和运营成为保障性住房持续发展的当务之急。运用SWOT分析法分析保障性住房项目在建设与运营过程中存在的问题和不足,并对其存在的问题提出实质性的建议。
How to construct and operate the affordable housing effectively has become an urgent task for the sustainable development of the affordable housing because of its economic and applicability characteristics. SWOT analysis is used to analyze the problems and shortcomings in the construction and operation of affordable housing projects, and to put forward substantive suggestions for the existing problems.
