混凝土预制叠合空心楼板静力性能试验研究 被引量:16

Experimental study on static performance of precast concrete composite hollow floors

摘要 结合预制叠合楼板和空心楼板的优点,提出一种采用聚苯板作为内模的预制叠合空心楼板,楼板混凝土取代率约为35%,并进行了4组预制叠合空心楼板静力性能试验,试验采用均布荷载的形式进行加载,对楼板在施工阶段和使用阶段的承载力、裂缝分布、钢筋应变进行了分析。结果表明:采用聚苯板作为内模的预制叠合空心楼板,可有效降低楼板自重,承载力满足规范中对施工阶段和使用阶段的规定;叠合空心楼板在加载过程中未出现沿着叠合面的水平裂缝,预制板与现浇层协同工作性能良好;楼板跨中最大挠度范围在L/80~L/75(L为楼板跨度),裂缝分布均匀,整体变形性能较好;预制空心楼板在使用荷载作用下,均出现多条裂缝,最大裂缝宽度为0.17 mm,对于大跨度预制空心楼板结构,在施工阶段应在跨中位置设置临时支撑。 A new kind of precast composite hollow floors where polystyrene board was used as internal form was proposed. The replacement ratio of floor concrete was about 35%. And 4 groups of precast composite hollow floors were tested under uniform loading. The bearing capacity, cracking distribution and steel bar strain were analyzed in the construction stage and application stage. The results indicate that the weight of precast composite hollow floors can be reduced effectively using polystyrene board as internal form and the bearing capacity in construction stage and application stage can satisfy the standard. The horizontal cracks and slip problems along the superposed surface do not occur and the cooperative performance of precast slab and the cast-in-place layer is good. The maximum deflection of floors is from L/80 to L/75(L is the span of floor). The cracks distribute well and the overall deformation performance is improved. There are many cracks in the precast hollow floor under loading with the maximum crack width of 0.17 mm. Temporary support should be provided during construction for large span precast hollow floors.
