干混砂浆复合改性在加气混凝土砌块墙体中的研究与应用 被引量:8

摘要 通过对加气混凝土砌块配套干混砂浆中粉煤灰、羟丙基甲基纤维素醚、可再分散乳胶粉及N型高效减水剂进行研究,得出各项材料对配套干混砂浆的影响程度,从而得出最佳的干混砂浆配合比;研究有机纤维和粉煤灰在专用抹灰砂浆中的作用和性能,得出最佳有机纤维配合比和粉煤灰掺量。经实践,可有效控制加气混凝土砌块墙体和抹灰墙体的裂缝。 After research on powdered coal ash, hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose, re-dispersible latex powder and N-type high range water reducing agent in dry mixed mortar for aerated concrete block, the influence degree of each element on related dry mixed mortar is obtained to determine the optimum mixing proportion of dry-mixed mortar; The optimum organic fiber mixing proportion and powdered coal ash content are determined through research on function and performance of organic fiber and powdered coal ash in special plasting mortar.Practical application indicates that they could effectively control cracks on aerated concrete block wall and plastered wall.
