摘要
总结建筑设计与工程造价的关系,从投资控制视角阐述结构设计管理措施,并以某住宅楼为实例,应用价值工程计算分析砖混、矩形柱框架及异形柱框架三种结构形式造价成本的经济性。最后得出结论:建筑设计在考虑工程的安全性、可靠性的同时,还需考虑工程造价,以最小的成本实现设计目标的必要功能。
To summarize the relationship between architectural design and engineering cost control,from the investment perspective,expounds the structure design of management measures. Taking a residential building as example,applies the value engineering cost to calculate economic analysis of brick,the rectangle column frame and the special-shaped column frame. Finally,draws the conclusion:architectural design considers safety,reliability of the engineering,at the same time,also need to consider the cost,to achieve the necessary function of the design goal with the minimum cost.
