微电解法去除地下饮用水中铁锰试验研究 被引量:2

摘要 针对地下饮用水中铁、锰超标问题,采用直流微电解装置进行了去除水中的铁、锰的试验研究。试验装置为总容积约为100L的电解槽,采用60V直流电压,以高纯石墨板为电极,分别设置电极板块数为9块、5块、3块、2块4个处理,在通电时间分别为0h、3h、6h、9h、12h后采样,检测水中的铁、锰含量并记录耗电量。结果表明:微电解法对铁、锰均具有较好的处理效果;直流电压一定的条件下,电极板块数越多对铁、锰的去除效果越好。 The drinking water which contains excessive amounts of iron and manganese will bring great harm to people's health.Using the micro-electrolysis technology for treating iron and manganese in water,and put forward the optimum process parameters.The test unit is an electrolytic tank with a total volume of about 100 L.Set the dc voltage to 60 V.Four high purity graphite electrode plate number treatments were used,including 9 pieces,5 pieces,3 pieces,and 2 pieces.Determination of electrolytic time of 0 h,3 h,6 h,9 hand 12 hcontent of iron,manganese and power consumption.The results show:Micro-electrolysis technology has better treatment effect on ferrum and manganese.Under the certain condition of direct voltage,the more numbers of plate electrode,the better effect on removing ferrum and manganese will be.
