摘要
无屈曲波纹钢板剪力墙是一种兼具承载和消能双功能的新型钢板剪力墙,它通过钢板波折的方法来提高自身的面外刚度,避免了普通钢板墙面外刚度小、易屈曲,屈曲约束钢板墙需额外设置面外约束部件的缺点,因此在工程中得到了越来越广泛的应用。根据无屈曲波纹钢板剪力墙的力学性能,在弹性设计阶段提出了等向交叉支撑模型和正交异性平面壳单元模型,在弹塑性验算阶段提出了基于Bouc-Wen模型的水平轴向弹簧模型和基于三线性本构关系的水平剪切板模型。然后,将上述模型与有限元ABAQUS模型进行了对比,验证了上述弹性和弹塑性简化分析模型的准确性。最后,通过设计算例给出了无屈曲波纹钢板剪力墙的设计流程,包括其在弹性设计和弹塑性验算阶段的模拟,以供设计人员参考。
The non-buckling corrugated steel shear wall is a new-type steel plate shear wall that is capable of providing stiffness and dissipating energy sufficiently.It improves the out-of-plane stiffness of itself by the way of corrugation,which overcomes the shortcoming of ordinary steel plate shear wall that is prone to buckling prematurely due to small out-of-plane stiffness,as well as the disadvantage of buckling-restrained steel shear wall that extra buckling restrainers are needed.Thus,the non-buckling corrugated steel shear wall is used more and more widely in engineering applications.Based on the mechanical performance of non-buckling corrugated steel shear walls,equivalent cross brace model and orthotropic planar shell element model are proposed for elastic design,and lateral axial spring model based on Bouc-Wen element and infill shear panel model based on trilinear relationship are brought forward for elastic-plastic analysis in this article.Furthermore the accuracy of above simplified modelsare verified by comparing with the results of finite element analysis using Abaqus.Finally,the design procedure of non-buckling steel shear walls is given by a specific design example,which includes both elastic design and elastic-plastic analysis,providing apractical guidance for designers.
