摘要
对于储水量在6 000 m3以上的大型敞口圆形水池,通常设计多采用预制板、缠绕预应力钢丝、喷涂砂浆方案或整体现浇预应力方案,但超宽裂缝时有发生。因此,对现浇钢筋混凝土敞口圆形水池裂缝宽度的设计控制可采用水泥基渗透结晶型防水涂料,在环向拉力最大处加钢板带,对铁件进行防腐处理等措施,从而对裂缝进行控制。
Large wide-open round pool with a storage capacity over 6000 m3 is usually designed with precast concrete slab, prestressed wire enwinding, mortar spraying or integral cast-in-place concrete prestressing schemes, but super-wide crack is a common defect. Therefore, the crack in cast-in-place reinforced concrete wide-open round pool could be controlled by painting cement-base penetrating crystallized waterproof coating, setting steel belt at position having maximum hoop tension and anticorrosive treatment of ironworks, etc.
