摘要
随着近零能耗建筑的发展,建筑气密性越来越高,机械新风系统成了室内环境质量控制系统的重要组成部分,新风系统的能耗影响着近零能耗建筑的整体能耗水平。建筑气密性对新风系统能耗的影响是目前近零能耗建筑研究中急需解决的问题。本文分析了近零能耗居住建筑中建筑气密性、新风系统热回收效率、新风系统控制模式之间的影响机制,建立计算模型,针对各气候区典型城市,计算全年逐时单位建筑面积新风系统能耗与建筑气密性、热回收效率和控制策略的定量关系;提出新风热回收系统等效效率作为新风系统能效指标,作为在不同气象参数条件下,建筑气密性等级和新风系统关键性能参数选取的依据。
With the development of nearly zero energy buildings,the building air tightness is constantly increasing.Central ventilation system has a significant impact on maintaining high quality of indoor air,energy consumption of which affects the entire energy consumption level of the nearly zero energy buildings.Thus,the influence of building air tightness on the energy consumption of ventilation system becomes an urgent issue to be solved in the field of nearly zero energy building research.This paper analyzes the influence mechanism between building airtightness,heat recovery efficiency of ventilation system and control modes.A calculation model is established to analyze the quantitative relationship between the energy consumption of ventilation system and the building air tightness,heat recovery efficiency and control strategy of typical urban areas in each climate zone.Equivalent efficiency of the ventilation and heat recovery system is proposed and used as the energy efficiency index of ventilation system,which acts as the basis for selecting key performance parameters of building air tightness and ventilation system in different climate zones.
