摘要
为有效评价危险房屋鉴定从业机构的能力和水平,推动危险房屋鉴定工作高质量的发展,国家建筑工程质量监督检验中心采用'能力验证'这种国际通行的技术活动,依据《危险房屋鉴定标准》(JGJ 125—2016)在全国范围内开展实验室间比对工作,并且从中发现部分机构在危险构件的识别、构件数量的统计、竖向构件危险性往上传递、上部结构各楼层的危险构件综合比例计算公式的使用等鉴定细节方面存在不足。对此,本文浅析检验机构危险房屋鉴定的若干技术问题,并给出相关改进建议。
In order to effectively evaluate the capacity and level of the inspections which are at work on the appraisal of dangerous buildings,National Center for Quality Supervision and Test of Building Engineering uses'Proficiency Testing'which is an internationally accepted technical activity,to carry out inter-laboratory comparisons across the country in accordance with the Standard for the dangerous buildings appraisal(JGJ 125-2016).It is found that there are some defects in identification of dangerous components,statistics of the number of components,the upward transfer of the risk of vertical members and the use of the formula for calculating the comprehensive proportion of dangerous components on each floor of the superstructure.In this paper,some technical problems in the appraisal of dangerous buildings are analyzed and some suggestions for improvement are put forward.
