摘要
Web2.0环境为员工参与竞争情报活动以汇聚群体智慧提供了条件。本文在剖析Web2.0对竞争情报循环过程以及员工参与竞争情报工作的影响的基础上,引入了员工情报工作参与梯的概念,提出了加强员工参与竞争情报工作的对策。
Web2.0 has provided the conditions for employees participation in competitive intelligence and supporting collective intelligence. Based on the analysis of the impact of Web2.0 on competitive intelligence's process and employees participation, this paper introduces the ladder of employees' intelligence participation. Lastly, the countermeasures of promoting employee participation are proposed.
