极端气候条件下沙漠地区混凝土施工工艺

摘要 塔克拉玛干沙漠中部夏季温度高达50℃,冬季最低温度-27℃,加上沙尘暴天气影响,给油气田地面工程建设混凝土施工带来巨大挑战。针对塔克拉玛干沙漠中部特殊气候条件,结合国家标准规范及工程实际,提出了适合极端气候条件下沙漠地区混凝土工程施工工艺。该工艺有效的消除了夏季高温条件下混凝土易发生塑性裂缝,冬季低温条件下混凝土易发生冻伤的质量问题,缩短了工程工期,对类似工程施工具有参考价值。 In the center of Taklimakan desert summer temperatures up to 50 ℃,winter minimum temperature of 27 degrees,coupled with the impact of sandstorm weather,to oil and gas field surface engineering construction concrete construction speed and construction quality bring great challenges. The in view of the special climatic conditions in Central Taklimakan Desert,combined with the national standards and engineering practice,put forward for extreme weather conditions in desert area concrete engineering construction technology. The process effectively eliminated under the condition of high temperature in summer,the concrete is prone to cracks in shaping,low temperature condition of winter concrete prone to frostbite of the quality problem,shorten the time limit for a project,it has reference value for similar engineering construction.
