摘要
调查城市社区养老服务需求的状况,分析影响养老服务需求类别、需求强度的相关因素,提出社区养老服务的提供应同时关注老年人的日常生活能力和家庭的照料能力,并据此提出相关规范的修订建议。
By investigating the status of requirements to the elderly care services of urban community,this paper aims to analyze influence factors of the category and intensity related to community care needs.Then on this basis,the paper proposes that the supplying of community care services should consider not only the ADL of the elderly but also the ability of family care,and provides the proposal for the revision of related building code.
