摘要
在地铁大力发展的背景下,换乘站数量越来越多,换乘空间是否具有良好的通达性,成为了影响地铁利用率的因素之一。本文探寻在换乘实际距离不能改变的情况下,哪些影响因子可以缩短感知距离,从心理层面提高换乘空间的通达性。首先,通过深入访谈的形式收集乘客感知经验的数据;进而,运用扎根理论研究方法对数据进行编码,借助辅助软件进行分析;最终,提炼出路径规划、导引标识、空间环境、功能、人为干预5类一级核心影响因子和相应的二、三级次类属,构建了地铁换乘空间步行通达性影响因子系统。
With the development of subway, the number of transfer stations is increasing. And whether the transfer space has good accessibility is one of the factors that influence the utilization of subway. This paper explores which factors can shorten the perceived distance and improve the accessibility of the transfer space from the psychological level. First, data on passenger perception experience was collected through in-depth interviews. Then, the data were encoded by using the grounded theory research method, and the data were analyzed by using the auxiliary software. Finally, 5 categories of core influence factors and corresponding secondary and tertiary sub-categories of path planning, guidance sign, spatial environment, function and human intervention were extracted, and the influence factor system of subway transfer walking accessibility was constructed.
