摘要
本文以纯铜为销试样 ,铬青铜QCr0 5为盘试样进行载电流条件下的干滑动摩擦磨损试验。通过对有无电流条件下对销试样磨损量大小和摩擦系数影响程度的比较 ,以及对销试样摩擦表面进行的微观形貌分析 ,结果表明 ,电流对铬青铜 /纯铜摩擦副的干摩擦行为具有显著的影响 ,并且由于电场、摩擦热、摩擦切应力的共同作用 ,在销试样表层发生了一定程度的塑性变形 ,塑性变形的程度也与电流及接触压力密切相关。
At normal temperature, the dry sliding friction experiments were carried out on a pin-on-disc tribometer under different electric currents, with copper as pin and QCr0.5 as disc. Through the comparison of weight loss and the effect of friction coefficient and the analysis of the microsurface of the couple, it is concluded that the current has a notable effect on the tribology of Cu-Cu couple. Because of the action of electrical currents, frictional heat and shearing stresses, a plastic deformation layer appeared on the surface of pins. The degree of deformation had direct relation with currents and contact pressures.
