摘要 本文介绍了用氧化镁吸收油热分解的制样方法,而后用能量色散X射线荧光分析法测定油中微量元素。该方法避免了复杂的基体效应校正,作者用此方法测定了油中七种元素,其探测限为几个μg/g。 Adsorption of oil onto magnesium oxide with subsequent thermal degradation of the organic material is the specimen preparation approach reported in this paper. The resulting powder is easily pressed into a pellet suitable for X-ray spectrometric analysis. Complicate correction of matrix effect is avoided in this method. 7 metal elements in oil are determined by energy dispersive X-ray fluorescence analysis. The detection limits are few μg/g.
