摘要
采用流化床干燥硝酸铵 ,考察了气体流量、进气温度、停留时间等因素对干燥速度和产品质量的影响。实验表明 ,随着硝酸铵含水量的降低 ,其结块性明显降低 。
Fluid-bed drying of ammonium nitrate is adopted, and the effect is examined of the gas flowrate, inlet gas temperature, and residence time on the drying rate and product quality. The experiment shows that the caking property is remarkably improved with the decrease in moisture of ammonium nitrate, thereby providing an experimental basis for the improvement of the quality of the ammonium nitrate product.
