摘要
目的 观察花椒挥发油乳霜剂治疗蠕形螨病的疗效和安全性。 方法 采用单盲、平行对照试验方法。分别选择螨性痤疮、酒渣鼻、脱发患者各 10 0、6 0、45例 ,随机分成试验与对照两组 ,分别涂抹花椒挥发油乳霜剂和新肤螨灵霜 ,早晚各 1次 ,连续 6周。 结果 试验组治疗痤疮、酒渣鼻、脱发的有效率分别为 10 0 % ( 5 0 / 5 0 )、10 0 % ( 30 / 30 )和 78.3%( 18/ 2 3) ,对照组分别为 96 % ( 48/ 5 0 )、10 0 % ( 30 / 30 )和 72 .7% ( 16 / 2 2 ) ,两组间差异无显著性 ( P>0 .0 5 ) ;两组的治愈率分别是 5 4% ( 2 7/ 5 0 )、40 % ( 12 / 30 )、8.7% ( 2 / 2 3)和 36 % ( 18/ 5 0 )、40 % ( 12 / 30 )、0 ( 0 / 2 2 ) ;两组间的差异有显著性 ( P<0 .0 1)。试验和对照组的副反应发生率分别是 0和 2 .86 %。 结论 花椒挥发油乳霜剂治疗蠕形螨病无毒高效。
Objectve To observe the curative effect and safety of the cream made from the volatile oil of Chinese prickly ash on demodicidosis. Methods A single blinded and controlled study of human demodicidosis treated with the cream made from the volatile of Chinese prickly ash was conducted. Two hundred and five patients with demodecidosis, including 100 acne, 60 rosacea and 45 trichomadesis, randomly divided into trail and control groups. The trail group was treated with the cream made from the volatile oil of Chinese prickly ash and the control group with New Fumanling cream, 1 g/time, twice a day in the early morning and night for 6 weeks consecutively. Results The effective rates of the acne, rosacea, trichomadesis in the trial group were 100%(50/50), 100%(30/30) and 78.3%(18/23) respectively; while 96%(48/50), 100%(30/30) and 72.7%(16/22) respectively in control group. There was no significant difference between trial and control groups(P>0.05). But the cure rates were 54%(27/50), 40%(12/30),8.7%(2/23) and 36%(18/50), 40%(12/30), 0(0/22) respectively and there was a significant difference between the trial and control groups(P<0.01). The rates of the side effects of the trial and control groups were 0 and 2.86% respectively. Conclusion The cream made from the volatile oil of Chinese prickly ash is highly effective to demodicidosis without prominent adverse reactions.
