摘要
本文报道了室温下,固液同成分点熔体中生长的LiNbO_3紫外光学吸收边的测量结果;并通过对晶体a^(1/2)~hv曲线的研究,肯定了4.0eV以下吸收边的间接跃迁性质;讨论了三段直线的意义;确定了禁带宽度E_9值为3.38eV.
In this paper the measurement of the ultraviolet absorption edge of LiNbO3 crystal grown from the solid-liquid congruently melt at room temperature is presented. It is affirmed that the absorption edge below 4.0eV is attributable to indirect transition. The meaning of three straight-lines of the spectral curyo are discussed by studying the α1/2-hv curve of LiNbO3. The energy gap Eg is 3.38eV.
