摘要
《水和废水监测分析方法》第3版规定,用纳氏试剂光度法测定水中的氨氮时,所有试剂均用不含氨的重蒸馏水配制,并且分析过程均需用无氨水,而制备无氨水费时、费力,成本又高,不适合大批样品的分析。现改用去离子水代替无氨水测定氨氮,其结果不论标准曲线、精密度、准确度均符合规定要求。此法既省时、省力,又能减少工作量,特别适用于大批量的样品分析,具有实际应用价值。
According to regulations in the third edition of 'supervision and determination of water and waste water', all the reagents used during the determination of ammonium by Nessler's Spectrometric method must be prepared for using ammoniafree redistilled water, and the requirements for the determination process are the same. The preparation of ammoniafree water, however, needs a lot of time, labor and money, so ammoniafree water is not suitable for the determination of lots of samples. They use deionized water instead of ammoniafree water in the determination of ammonium and find that standard curve, accuracy and preciseness all meet the needs. The results indicate that this method saves time and labor and also is suitable for bulk determination, thereupon has practical value.
