摘要
本文从激发教师高层次需要,向教师提供及时准确的教学反馈信息,以及采取切实可行的激励评价措施三方面对促进高校教师提高教学质量的问题进行了探讨。
This paper di scusses the following three major elements for improving the teaching quality of university teachers: inspiring the teachers for higher demands, providing them accurate teaching information feedback on time, and adopting appropriate evalu ating mechanism.
