摘要
目的 建立用 HPLC法测定利巴韦林胶囊中利巴韦林含量的方法。 方法 ZORBAX SB-C18柱 ( 0 .46mm× 2 5 0 mm,5 μm) ;检测波长2 0 7nm;流动相 :水 ;外标法。 结果 回收率 99.5 % (RSD=0 .5 % ,n=5 )。 结论 该法操作简便 ,结果准确。
OBJECTIVE A high performance liquid chromatography method was established to determine the contents of Ribavirin its capsules.METHODS The analytical column was ZORBAX SB C18(0.46mm×250mm,5μm).The mobile phase was H 2O.The detection wavelength was set at 207nm.RESULTS The average recovery was 99.5%(RSD=0.5%,m=5).CONCLUSION The method is simple,rapid,accurate and can be used for the drug control.
