摘要
从表达水解酶、植物病程相关蛋白、抗真菌蛋白、病原毒性因子失活蛋白、抗病基因、植保素合成限速酶、植物细胞壁结构修饰分子、植物抗性反应调节基因等角度综述了植物抗真菌病害基因工程的策略,并就各种策略的研究进展、存在问题和发展趋势进行了探讨。
This paper reviewed strategies and recent progress in antifungal transgenic plants. These include expressing hydrolytic enzymes which target fungal cell wall, expressing pathogenesis-related proteins which either hydrolyze cell wall or inhibit fungal growth,expressing antifungal proteins (peptides) .expressing genes which involved in phytoalexins synthesis, expressing genes which can inactivating fungal virulence products,expressing genes which can strengthen cell wall, expressing genes which can activate plant defense responses,such as elicitor,signal compounds,expressing resistance genes. Every strategies has its defects,the future of antifungal transgenic plants will mainly focus on screening novel genes and in-ducible or tissue-specific promotor.
