地铁区间隧道施工对近邻管线影响的三维数值模拟 被引量:82

摘要 给出了管线安全性的评价标准,阐述了有限变形弹塑性有限元基本原理并给出了有限元方程式,基于ANSYS软件平台,结合深圳地铁大剧院—科学馆隧道非降水施工对管线的影响这一实际课题,建立了隧道支护结构-土体-地下管线耦合作用的三维有限元分析模型,对施工过程进行了仿真分析,并对地下管线的安全性进行了预测,得出的结论和建议对设计与施工具有重要的指导作用。 In this paper, evaluation standards of underground pipelines are given out. The basic theory of finite deformation and nonlinear material of elasto-plastic FEM are expatiated and related FEM formula are presented. Different excavation sequences of tunnels are simulated by FEM and optimizing method is used in real tunneling. Based on ANSYS software, combined with the practical problem of Dajuyuan—Kexueguan running tunnel of Shenzhen Metro excavation by non-precipitation with adjacent pipeline, the 3D FEM coupling analysis model of tunnel supporting-soil-underground pipeline is established. Deformation and internal force of buried pipeline are analyzed specially by numerical simulation of tunnel excavation and also the safety of the pipeline is forecasted. The conclusions and advices that are important to design and construction are achieved.
