摘要
分析了DF7D型机车转向架牵引拐臂座焊波裂纹产生的原因 ,并从拐臂座受力分析和应力计算两方面进行了阐述 ,同时提出了解决问题的对策和建议。
The reasons for the weld metal cracking of the bogie tractive crankarm seat of DF 7D locomotive are analysed from the two aspects of the crankarm seat withstanding force analysis and stress calculation.Further,the suggestions and countermeasures are promoted.
