摘要
本文分析了文化安全问题产生的历史背景和现实条件 ,从三个方面阐释了我国面临的挑战和对策 :社会转型时期 ,国家控制力对文化安全的要求 ;树立发展是硬道理的文化安全观 ;充分利用WTO规则和文化例外原则 。
The article makes an analysis of the historical background and realistic conditions of cultural security. In the three aspects the article expounds the challenge facing China and its policies: state control's demand for cultural security, formation of the view of cultural security that development means everything, full use of WTO regulations and cultural exception principle and protection of national culture.
