摘要
短期高温热激甜菜幼苗研究结果表明 :下胚轴伸长对热激敏感性顺序为子叶露土期 >子叶期 >一对真叶期 ;子叶期 35℃热激 4h对下胚轴伸长的促进作用最大。不同品种之间对热激的敏感性差异明显 ,新甜 6号较其它品种不敏感。短期高温热激促进一对真叶期前的干物质积累 ,使根系不发达 ;热激促进下胚轴伸长和一对真叶期前的干物质积累 ,壮丰安拌种能抵消此作用 ,并有效防止高脚苗的发生 。
Studies on the seedling of sugar beet by thermal treatment on short term showed that: The sensibilities of its hypocotyls to high temperature on different terms are the phrase of cotyledons being elevated above the soil>the phase of cotyledons having been elevated above the soil>the phase of a pair of true leaf, and the promotion to hypocotyls is the most obvious at 35 ℃ lasting four hours on the phrase of cotyledons.The Sensibilities on different terms by thermal treatment are obviously different ,Xintian 6 is not sensitive compared with others. And thermal treatment improves the accumulation of dry substance before a pair of true leaf, but root does not flourish .If seed dressing with zhuang fen an can eliminate the elongation of hypocotyls, effectively prevent from the accumulation of dry substance before a pair of true leaf, and promote the growth of root.
